Applications are not open

There is no application form on this site yet, and no community to join today. This page describes what is being built so that the criteria are public before the first person is admitted, rather than written afterwards to fit whoever showed up.

We are not publishing a member count, an activity level, or an operating result, because there is nothing yet to count and a number invented for credibility is the first lie a community tells.

Who it is for

Operators and founders who are actively redesigning a function of their own company — not evaluating whether to, and not advising others who might. The distinction matters because the group is only useful if its members are bringing back results from work they actually ran.

What membership will expect

Contribution, not attendance. The intended shape is that each member brings one workflow they are rebuilding, reports what happened when they changed it, and reads other members' reports closely enough to argue with them.

Admission is human

Applications will be read by a person, and admission will be a person's decision. Submitting an application will never mean admission, and the confirmation you get on submitting one will say so plainly.

Conduct

Two rules, and both are about other people's companies. Do not bring confidential material from an employer, a customer, or a client into this group. Do not repeat what another member says about their own company outside it.

What happens next

When applications open, this page will carry the form and the criteria it is judged against. If you are reading this and the page still says applications are closed, then they are closed.
