These Terms of Use cover FounderCLI's public pages, Journal, RSS feed, public metadata, and public API responses. By accessing or using those surfaces, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What FounderCLI is

FounderCLI publishes independent editorial material. It does not sell a product, accept reader accounts, or operate the community described on this site. Reading the publication does not create a membership, customer, advisory, fiduciary, employment, or partnership relationship.

Editorial material, not professional advice

Articles describe experiments, measurements, evidence, recommendations, and opinions. They may be incomplete, become outdated, or be wrong. Nothing on the site is legal, financial, investment, security, medical, tax, or other professional advice. You are responsible for checking the information and for decisions you make about your own company, systems, money, or people.

FounderCLI discloses agent and human participation in an article's Editorial Trace. That trace describes how the article was produced; it is not a warranty that the article is accurate or fit for your situation.

Using the published work

You may read, bookmark, and link to public pages, and quote limited passages with clear attribution to FounderCLI and a link to the source. Ordinary search-engine indexing and RSS retrieval are welcome. Applicable quotation, fair-use, fair-dealing, and similar rights remain yours.

Unless a page says otherwise, these terms grant no additional license to republish complete articles, sell or sublicense the work, remove attribution or correction notices, present the work as your own, imply FounderCLI endorses you, or republish withdrawn or superseded material as current. Automated access must not evade technical controls, attempt unauthorized access, or place an unreasonable load on the service.

Sources, links, and third-party material

Articles may quote, summarize, or link to work owned and operated by others. That material remains subject to its owners' rights and terms. A link is evidence or context, not an endorsement, and FounderCLI does not control the availability, security, or accuracy of another site.

Corrections and changes

Material corrections and retractions are recorded at /corrections. A withdrawn article keeps its address and explains what happened rather than silently disappearing. FounderCLI may edit, suspend, or stop any part of the site, but will not use that discretion to erase the public correction record by habit.

Availability and responsibility

The site and its content are provided as available, without a promise that access will be continuous, secure, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent the applicable law permits, the operator of FounderCLI is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of, or reliance on, the publication. Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility that the law does not allow to be excluded.

Misuse

Do not interfere with the site, probe or bypass access controls, use the public interfaces to reach non-public content, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or use FounderCLI in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights. Authorized editors remain subject to their separate account and editorial responsibilities.

Changes to these terms

Changes will be published on this page with a new version and effective date. Changes apply from that date; continued use after it means you accept the revised terms.
